By Car:
We are located at the junction of the A93 (Perth to Aberdeen road) and B9094 (Aboyne to Tarland road).

• From Edinburgh or Glasgow, take a route to Perth. Then take the A93 via Braemar and Ballater. Alternatively, take the A90 via Dundee and Forfar by-passes to the B974 leading to Banchory via Fettercairn. Aboyne is signposted to the left 7 miles before reaching Banchory. Both routes are scenic. The A93 route is more simple; the A90 route (our preference) is slightly quicker. Approximate driving time 3 hours.
• From Inverness: The quickest and most scenic route is via the A9 South for about 20 miles then take the sign to Grantown-on-Spey, then on to Aboyne, via Tomintoul and Strathdon. Time approximately 2.5 hours.
